    Job Position: Clinical Supervisor (LCPC, LCSW)

    Pay range: $50-$65/clinical and supervisory hour

          $15/hour for Administrative Time (1 administrative hour is applied per 4 clients seen) 

    Position Overview: Inner Courage Counseling values working with passionate clinicians who prioritize the needs of their clients and supervisees in a professional and compassionate manner. Supervisors at Inner Courage Counseling will be responsible for working closely with their assigned supervisees and maintaining their own caseload of clients in addition to the following: meeting all required deadlines for documentation (case notes, treatment plans, diagnosis, etc.), attending scheduled staff meetings and required trainings, maintaining appropriate CE’s required for licensure and attending supervision as it applies to the candidate’s level of licensure.     Experience: 

      • Master’s degree or higher in social work, counseling, or psychology required
      • Previous leadership experience
      • Clinical supervision experience is preferred but not required
      • Has, and is able to maintain, an unrestricted independent clinical or behavioral health licensure

    Role Responsibilities: 

    Supervision/Leadership Duties:

    • Completing required 18 hours of supervision CE’s
    • Maintain a weekly schedule of agreed upon number of weekly supervision hours.
    • Provide consistent weekly required hours of clinical supervision and documentation review for staff and interns
    • Attend bi-weekly Clinical/Sup for Sup meetings
    • Complete necessary evaluations, paperwork, and documentation for supervisees
    • Maintain communication and connection with student interns’ school programs
    • Positively contribute to the morale and culture of Inner Courage Counseling team members
    • Review required taping of sessions with supervisees within supervision.
    • Must review, sign, and lock supervisees’ clinical documentation on a weekly basis
    • Must approve supervisees’ clinical hours as necessary (i.e. interns hour logs as well as staff clinicians pursuing full licensure)
    • Participate as needed in interview processes.

    Clinical Duties: 

    • Maintain an agreed upon number of hours with a minimum of 12-15 clinical hours for part time and 22-25 clinical hours per week for full time
    • Diagnose and treat mental health disorders
    • Complete all required clinical documentation per ICC requirements in an accurate and timely manner
    • Meet with clients regularly to provide counseling and appropriate treatment 
    • Collaborate with collateral treatment partners (ie. Guardians, other care members)
    • Conduct ongoing assessments of client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
    • Refer clients to outside specialists or agencies when necessary
    • Follow all ICC safety protocols, ethical code, and licensure requirements
    • Follow procedure for  termination of clients
    • Management of Client files for accuracy and completeness
    • Establish, implement, and oversee standardized, evidence-based training, performance, outcomes, and technologies within all clinical areas and programs
    • Introduction phone calls to new clients prior to their first session

    Administrative Duties:

    • Attend to, support and discuss relevant clinical information in administrative meetings
    • Arrive to all scheduled sessions and meetings on time
    • Learn and competently utilize EHR system
    • Management of ICC calendar, client appointments and accuracy of weekly availability
    • Communicate with clients and staff in a timely manner, as needed.
    • Contribute to practice by accomplishing related tasks as needed
    • Attend any mandatory trainings, reviews and meetings including supervision, mentor, staff meetings, and performance reviews
    • Participate in marketing projects, as needed
    • Establish positive, trusting rapport with clients and staff
    • Act professionally with all staff and clients
    • Complete all forms necessary for insurance participation and onboarding expectations.
    • Maintaining licensure, including completing required CE’s for renewal.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Must adhere to and promote the mission, vision and values of Inner Courage Counseling
    • Mustdemonstrate excellence and professionalism in interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
    • Must be self-motivated and be able to work both independently and in a team environment to meet or exceed goals, with minimal coaching or supervision.
    • High emotional intelligence, sound and reasonable judgment and decision making skills
    • Must have a high degree of discretion in working with sensitive and confidential information, and well versed in HIPAA laws and boundaries
    • Strong time-management and multitasking skills 
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, and G-Suite applications.
    • Must have strong organizational skills, including the ability to categorize, sort, and utilize information and/or materials in a meaningful, efficient, and logical manner.
    • Must be able to confidently prioritize and reprioritize based on evolving needs or in response to new information.
    • Ability to carefully proof all work and use proper grammar, spelling, syntax, punctuation, and sentence structure.
    • Must be accessible and comfortable with a virtual reporting structure for self and any supervisees.
    • Must possess a growth mindset and an openness to feedback.
    • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
    • Must have reliable transportation.
