I characterize myself as compassionate, creative, and inquisitive. As a life-long learner and teacher, I spend much of my free time reading, visiting museums, taking classes, and volunteering in the local community. I also love yoga, travel, and most importantly, spending time with my family and (many) pets!
I work with child, adolescent, and adult clients and have specialized experience supporting preschool-aged clients and their families. My areas of focus include the treatment of anxiety, depression, ADHD, ASD, and LGBTQ+/identity issues, as well as women struggling with motherhood or life transitions, and individuals facing parenting challenges.
