I use my knowledge of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic, and Trauma Informed and Exposure Therapy Techniques to address pregnancy/ perinatal/ women’s issues, parenting, and relationship issues.

I characterize myself as compassionate, authentic, and relaxed. Outside of counseling I enjoy baking, reading, watching sports, traveling and spending time with my family and friends. In the past, I also successfully completed running two half marathons despite consistently defining myself as someone who cannot run!
I utilize a combination of therapy approaches tailored to each individual client to help work towards self-growth and empowerment in their lives. I have advanced training in the area of maternal mental health as a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Clinician and am passionate about supporting individuals and their partners through the preconception, pregnancy, birth and postpartum periods.
