I characterize myself as genuine, inquisitive, and compassionate. Outside of counseling, I am a mama of 2 that keep me on my toes. We are at the stage in life where their interests also become my interests. I am also an avid reader and am currently learning how to crochet… well, trying?
Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work with individuals, couples and families, presenting with a wide range of challenges. I have worked with children, teens, adults, and seniors, and I believe my broad range of experiences has allowed me to develop the skills and knowledge that would be applicable to many. My strengths as a clinician lie in my unwavering empathy, my willingness to sit with clients through their most challenging thoughts and emotions, my commitment to authenticity, and my persistent hope for their healing and growth. I believe that these qualities not only shape my approach to therapy but also foster a therapeutic environment where clients can find solace, support, and the belief that positive change is possible.
