“I wake to sleep and take my waking slow. I feel my fate in what I cannot fear. I learn by going where I have to go” – Theodore Roethke
I characterize myself as warm, inquisitive, and goofy. Outside of counseling I spend as much time outdoors as I can in my free hours! I love to exercise, especially weightlifting, running, and playing frisbee. I also can be found reading or trying new recipes in the kitchen.
My ideal client is anyone looking to gain insight and uncover blind spots in their way of being, to uncover a more healthy and satisfying life. My strength lies in the authenticity, warmth, and empathy I bring to the therapeutic connection. I also believe in the healing power of laughter, so clients can expect a touch of humor as we navigate self-discovery’s twists and turns.
