“Don’t let yesterday take up too much of today” – Will Rogers
I characterize myself as resilient, honest, and trusting. Outside of counseling I am a mother of 5 so I’m usually running around with my kids. Sports take up a lot of our time!
My ideal client would be an individual or couple looking for ways to communicate effectively to build an honest trusting relationship. To experience joys life has to bring independent of each other without this impacting their trust in their relationship together. I can help because I have experienced life! I have been through certain things in my life that assist me in relating to others. My specialty would be in grief and loss, trauma, work life balance and relationships.
