“Trauma that’s relational is best healed through relationships.” -Jeff Greenberg
I characterize myself as transparent, mindful, and passionate. Outside of counseling I spend much of my time training Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. I also enjoy spending time with close friends and family and soaking up the sun.
As a somatic therapist, I offer a unique and holistic approach to healing and personal growth. By integrating various somatic techniques, such as breathwork, movement, and touch, I can help clients to release physical and emotional tension, access deeper states of awareness, and cultivate a sense of embodiment.
