    How I Help my Clients:

I characterize myself as open-minded, empathetic, and kind.  Outside of counseling some of my favorite hobbies are cooking and drawing.  I love trying out and experimenting with different foods and drawing allows me to be creative and imaginative!

I would help my clients through developing rapport, exploring their concerns in depth, and helping them to understand the interactional relationship between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I offer an empathetic, open-minded, and accepting approach to facilitate progression toward their goals in a healthy and realistic way.
