I characterize myself as kind, genuine, and accountable. When I’m not counseling, I fill my cup by spending time my family, friends, and dog. I am an avid music fan, aspiring home cook, reluctant news follower, and consummate traveler (even if lately the only traveling I’m doing is in my mind!).
I help people by providing a non-judgmental space where you can be your full self as you navigate through the challenges of change, loss, and growth. I use an integrated counseling approach that flexes for each person’s needs, experiences, and identities. When you’re able to bring your full self to face life’s obstacles, you will be amazed at what you can overcome.
