    How I Help my Clients:

I characterize myself as intelligent, funny, and a lifelong learner.  Outside of counseling I love reading! My favorite genres are historical fiction and fantasy, but I also love a good memoir. I like playing games and watching movies with my family. My guilty pleasure is reality TV.

I enjoy working with individuals from adolescents to adults on a variety of issues: depression, anxiety, life changes, parenting concerns, relationship conflicts, and more. Life can be overwhelming, but you don’t have to tackle your problems on your own. I can help you process difficult emotions and find solutions that work for you.  I’m an MSW candidate, but I also have a Master’s degree in Education with experience teaching at the high school and middle school levels. As a neurodivergent person, I bring a unique perspective and level of empathy to my work with neurodivergent clients and their families. I have experience working in both inpatient and outpatient settings using CBT and DBT-based interventions. My special interests are neurodiversity and childhood trauma. I am an LGBTQIA+ ally.
