I characterize myself as supportive, empathetic, and direct. Outside of counseling I love to read non-fiction books that help me better myself and learn about new topics. I also enjoy walking and running- especially exploring the new places around me!
As someone who knows and understands the struggle firsthand, who has experienced the joy of freedom from anxiety and grief, I want to help be that support for you to be your best self again. I want to help you get to this point which is why my ideal client is YOU! Whether you are looking for a therapist for your child, teenager, yourself, your family, or you and your partner, I am here to help. I am to be a kind and supportive therapist to help regain confidence in various areas of your life and rebuild that in which anxiety, grief, depression, or trauma has torn down. If you want your freedom from intrusive thoughts or clarity of how to move forward through relational conflicts you may be facing, my goal is to help you feel those feelings, work through those conflicts, identify sensations in your bodies to recognize warning signs and then identify useful coping strategies to implement.
