    How I Help my Clients:

I characterize myself as funny, empathetic, and authentic.  Outside of counseling I enjoy discovering new coffee shops and spending time with my two rescue dogs. Additionally, I love any live music and a dance floor!

I love working with people that are ready to work. If you are a client who is ready to engage, willing to ask and answer hard questions, and reflect on growth, I’m a great fit for you! If you aren’t sure of your exact needs and goals, that’s okay! We will work together in a safe and nurturing environment to establish relevant goals and a treatment plan tailored to guide you on your journey to wholeness & well-being.  If you are considering counseling as a beneficial tool for you, then you are in the right place. You are here for a reason…. we can figure out the rest together.  I am empathetic, direct, and have an ability to make people feel at ease. Since I can recall, I have always felt a strong desire to assist and support others by fostering understanding, connection, and a sense of humor. My objective is to aid you in creating positive and long-lasting change by providing a secure space to identify and overcome obstacles that hinder you from living your best life. I firmly believe in utilizing a strengths-based and person-centered approach, empowering you to build upon your unique abilities while also learning to respect and trust yourself throughout the process. Together, we can enhance your communication and coping skills. I am dedicated to bringing compassion, authenticity, an open mind, and a sense of humor to each session.
