First and foremost, it is important to assure an environment where you feel safe, heard and respected in order to redefine your abilities to inspire desired changes in your life. I am a therapist who’s not here to tell you what to do, but to reinforce what you are already able to do. Walking into session, you will be greeted in a way that lets you know you are seen with unconditional regard and that you, your thoughts, feelings and experiences matter. The environment you will walk into, will be catered to inspire your creativity, interests, and improve expressing your needs. Together we will create the best opportunities for you to meet your goals, experience personal growth and confidence, while seeing positive changes that improve your overall quality of life.
