Education: BS in Psychology, Missouri State University, 2011

I use my knowledge of Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Systemic Therapy Techniques to address trauma, life stressors/parenting, relationships, and ADHD.
“Within you, there is a stillness and a sanctuary to which you can retreat at any time and be yourself.” – Hermann Hesse, Siddhartha
I characterize myself as authentic, curious, and compassionate. Outside of counseling I am always reading multiple books at a time – one for pleasure, one for learning, and one for something else entirely, though I don’t always know what that is at the time. I love spending time outdoors, particularly when it is with the company of my family and friends.
I genuinely hope that you find the therapy that you are looking for and if that turns out to be with me, I am humbly honored to be with you during this experience. I can help clients gain a deeper understanding of themselves, the origins of their presenting problems, improve their relationships and communication, help them become more in tune with their emotions, and become more comfortable with vulnerability and expressing their emotions.
