Pronouns: She/Her/Hers
Education: BS, Western Michigan University, 2010

“You can fight the current, or you can let life flow you in the direction you need” -Nat Clermont
I characterize myself as accepting, caring, and creative. Outside of counseling I love Latin dancing including Salsa, Cumbia, and Bachata. I enjoy new experiences and finding adventure in activities such as swimming, biking, camping, sports, board games, and social events.
I will use CBT, ACT, and a Strength-Based approach to help clients. I can help clients by listening to them from a blank slate and taking a holistic approach, addressing their needs in all areas of life. I can help people accept a new perspective to their problems, which will allow them to deal with issues differently. I will help them create new patterns of thinking and behaving so that they can make better decisions in the future.
