    What makes me different:
“I became a therapist because I am hopeful that I can be the person that stands at ‘The fork in the road of life’ for clients to navigate their growing pains we encounter at different stages of our life. Often, Clients can look back in their life to someone they could rely on for knowledge, skills, and support. I am passionate about providing those things to the clients that enter my life in the counseling environment.” -Brittany Roback, LCPC, CADC

    About Me:

I am a Certified Cognitive Processing Therapist and addictions therapist. Favorite Quote:

“There will be times when standing alone feels too hard, too scary, and we will doubt our ability to make our way through the uncertainty. Someone, somewhere will say ‘Don’t do it. You don’t have what it takes to survive the wilderness’. This is where you reach deep into your wild heart and remind yourself- I AM THE WILDERNESS”- Brene Brown

    How I Help my Clients:

I consider myself an emotions-focused behaviorist. I pride myself on my ability to view one’s behavior, identify the purpose of said behavior through understanding the emotions behind them and the need that the behavior is attempting to achieve. I truly love working side-by-side with Clients to explore the false beliefs we carry with us that stand in our way from self-actualization.

In an effort to most effectively support the variety of clients I see, I obtained my Certified Alcohol and other Drug Counselor (CADC) Certification in 2014. I’ve also completed my certification in Cognitive Processing therapy in 2021 which is a manualized treatment helping to identify and change upsetting thoughts that keep us stuck in the patterns we want to change.
