    How I Help my Clients:

I characterize myself as empathetic, thoughtful, and trustworthy.  Outside of counseling, I am passionate about music and love seeing my favorite artists in concert! I also enjoy watching movies, doing pilates, and spending time with my family.

I strive to help clients improve their daily lives and feel empowered in the process. I aim to form collaborative relationships with my clients by contributing my skills, empathy, and dedication to helping them make the progress that creates the change they desire. I provide a safe space for my clients that allows them to be themselves and feel supported. I utilize CBT, person-centered beliefs, and play therapy in sessions. My CBT approach allows me to assist clients in gaining insight into their unique situations and finding the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I also promote coping skills that align with the client’s specific needs.
