    I use my knowledge of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person Centered, and Trauma Informed Therapy Techniques to address anxiety, life transitions, trauma and grief/loss.

    I characterize myself as empowering, creative, and thoughtful.  I believe that self-care is an important part of health and well-being. As part of re-charging, I enjoy trail hiking, baking, reading, musicals, and spending time with family and friends.

    I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience helping adults navigate life’s challenges and transitions. I have training in trauma, grief, and loss, and utilize a variety individualized approaches to create a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings, process emotions, and develop strategies to build resilience as part of their empowered journey in life.
